Spring and Easter are approaching fast. I spent this weekend enjoying the beautiful, warm weather and spring cleaning. I woke up early one morning with the idea of an Easter Bunny wreath. I used two wreaths and wired them together once I had all of the mesh on them. I added the ears, flowers, eggs, and ribbon last. I have decided to add this wreath to my Etsy store. Spring Time Is In The Air: Get Your Orders In For Spring Wreaths
Spring is just around the corner, but it has felt like spring for several days now. Trees are budding and flowers are springing up everywhere. It has all put me in the mood to create a new spring wreath. I have this wreath on my front door. It is made of Bubblegum Pink, Hunter Green, and Burgundy Gold mesh. I tied the mesh on with various spring color ribbons. Hydrangeas and Gerber Daisies adorn the wreath with paisley ribbon peaking out from from the flowers. The L is painted with Lime Green and Fuschia. I have an Easter Wreath on the way to be posted. It will be for sale. Get your special orders in for a spring wreath. Pick your colors and let me know what you like on your wreath.
Irish Welcome
Top O' The Morning. Saint Patrick's Day is just around the corner, and I am so excited that my cousin will be arrriving on that day. She is engaged to a man from Ireland, who will soon be coming to America to stay. Since she cannont be in Ireland this year for the celebration, she has chosen to spend it in the next best place, Greenville. I created the wreath to give her an Irish Welcome when she arrives.

Initially Ours
I created this fun initial frame with the initials of my daughter (K), my husband (M), and myself (J). It was such an easy project to complete. I am not sure about the ribbon. I am thinking about changing it. I use the vinyl letters and a frame. I took off the backing and added the ribbon. It was a project that took approximately 1 hour to make.
I can't wait to make more. I have so many ideas for this one.

Carnival Celebration
I am finally back on my blog. It seems like I have been away forever. We seem to have contracted everything from stomach bugs to colds and bronchitis. I am finally on the mend and back to making wreaths.
Tuesday is Fat Tuesday and I have finally completed my Mardi Gras Wreath. I am willing to sell if if anyone is interested and would like to have it for their Mardi Gras Celebration.
I used green and purple mesh with gold organza ribbon. I found a huge string of Mardi Gras "beads" and cut it apart to add the embellishments. The large peacock feathers are faux feathers with glitter. They have a gltter hat placed at the base of them with a mask attatched to it. Sequin masks are scattered through out the wreath. I just love the colors of Mardi Gras and I wanted to make another one after I finished the first one for my friend.
If you are interested in the wreath let me know. I am not placing it on Etsy since it is so close to Tuesday.

Simple Valentine's Day Decoration
Here is a very simple Valentine's Day decoration to add to your home. Purchase a package of conversation hearts and add them to any glass candle holder. It is a whimsical touch to your decorations. I had some hearts left over so I placed them in a colored martini glass and set them on the ottoman for a tasty treat.
